size plants. Our aquatics are gathered by hand from our family
ran 12 acre Aquatic nursery. We have one of the largest selections
of Hardy Water lilies in the U.S.A. We thank everyone for

Gardens Admission free and open to the public. Our family

Terms
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our plants to be true to Name, Healthy and mature
blooming size bare root nursery stock. We guarantee our
aquatic plants 90 days from date of shipment date Effective
August 1st 2006. You must contact us within 90 days of
your order’s shipment date to get a replacement plant.
Shipping cost apply for replacements. Orders are gathered
by hand from our ponds, packaged and shipped the same day
to guarantee fresh quality.
We are a Participating member of Truly Named of WGI and a
Commercial Member of IWGS.
We highly recommend WGI (Water Gardeners International)
and IWGS (International Water Garden Society) for other sources
of information on water gardening and education.

$12.95 1lbs.-5lbs./ $16.95 6lbs.-10lbs./ $24.95 11 lbs. and

Customer Shipping Intercontinental and International
We ship USPS or Priority Mail depending on your location.
Your shipping and handling is automatically calculated in
your total cost through our shopping cart. This does not
apply to Items considered oversized- you will be alerted
if your order has special shipping rates. If your order requires
special shipping we charge you only what we are charged by
carrier for your goods and a $7.50 packaging fee. We will
contact you in these cases with a shipping quote for your
area. We fill Orders on a first come first serve bases. Allow
1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
If you live outside the United States 48 you will need to
secure any permit needed (if any) for order pick-up in your
country. We must acquire a Phyto sanitary certificate for
all orders leaving our country there will be a charge of
$23.00 and Customer pays shipping cost and $4.50 a box packaging
fee. We will contact you in these cases and we are happy
to assist you and answer any questions you might have concerning

Wholesale Shipping/ Terms Intercontinental (U.S. 48) and
International (Outside U.S. 48)
We only Wholesale to Garden Retailers and Garden Nursery
Retailers.
To receive your website Wholesale Login to view Whole pricing
and place Orders online contact us with your name/ your company
name and phone number. We will contact you for verification
and provide Login information. Note *w/s in Item description
alerts our wholesale customers that we are low in stock for
the Item for wholesaling at this time. Theses Plants will
be available in the future as stock qualities allow. We welcome
your input on how we can improve this site to better serve
you.
There is a minimum dollar amount of $150.00 and a 4 per
variety requirement to purchase Aquatic Plants from Perry
Water Gardens. Any order not meeting these requirements will
be charged and extra 20% processing fee.
Customer pays all Shipping cost of there choosing including
a 4.50 per box packaging fee. All wholesale orders placed
will be contacted for verification of tax# and Requested
shipping confirmation.
If you are located outside the U.S. 48 you must acquire
any permit and or certificate needed (if any) that your country
requires receiving your order. We must acquire a Phyto sanitary
certificate for all orders leaving our country. You will
be charged 23.00 to 60.00 depending on the size of your order.
Air freight orders will be charged $40.00 (Ashville Airport)
or $60.00 (Atlanta Airport) transport fee, plus $4.50 box
packaging fee and Air freight cost.
 CUSTOMER
PICK-UP:
We welcome pick-up orders place in advice if you are going
to be in the area, call 828-524-3264 or email us to discuss
pick-up date. Your aquatics will be wrapped, bagged, and
tagged. If you want them boxed please specify that when placing
your order. Packaging fee will apply for boxed items see;
above per box packaging fee. We suggest boxing for very long
distance travel time or over nights stays.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Perry’s Water Garden’s maximum liability in amount
paid to Perry’s Water Gardens, for purchase of the
nursery stock under all and regardless of nature, cause or
extent of the loss.
CLAIMS:
At Perry’s Water Gardens we harvest, pack and ship
our orders the same day. Claims for loses while goods are
in transit must be filed by the buyer directly with carrier.
If you suspect any damage, delay in delivery or missing packages
ask for a claims form immediately and record damages or loses
right away. Let us know immediately if any damage or a delay
